How long does processing typically take?
Beef and Hog processing typically takes around 2 weeks.
Do you use any preservatives or additives?
When placing your meat processing orders at Millers Smokehouse, you have the choice between using all-natural curing methods or the traditional sodium nitrite. Tailor your process to suit your preferences and enjoy a personalized meat experience.
Is there a minimum quantity for processing orders?
For venison we have a 15lb minimum. For beef and pork we have a 25lb minimum.
